Memberships

 

• Membership fees are non-refundable.

• Memberships may be cancelled in accordance with membership terms. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Studio Bookings

 

• More than 30 days prior to booking: Full credit toward a future booking.

• 15-30 days prior to booking: 50% credit toward a future booking.

• 14 days or less prior to booking: Non-refundable.

• Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability.

 

Events & Experiences

 

• All event registrations and ticket purchases are final.

• Tickets may be transferred to another attendee with advance notice.

• Refunds will only be issued if an event is cancelled by CoSigned.

 

Force Majeure

CoSigned shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, public health restrictions, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.

CoSigned is committed to maintaining an environment that is welcoming, respectful, inclusive, and conducive to meaningful collaboration. We reserve the right to decline bookings, memberships, or participation requests that do not align with our values or intended use of the space.
